Use Creative Zen Stone on Windows 8/10

  1. Install 7zip.
  2. Download Creative ZEN Stone Firmware 1.06.01
  3. Right-click on the file downloaded at Step 2, ZENStone_PCFW_US_1_06_01.exe and extract its content using 7zip.
  4. Go inside the newly created folder ZENStone_PCFW_US_1_06_01/vista
  5. Right-click on StMp3Rec.inf -> Install
  6. Same with StMp3Recx64.inf
  7. Unplug&Plug your Stone.
  8. Done
